Information is collected from you by us as your broker and agent and to perform our obligations under our agreement. We may use information collected from you to promote the sale and our services and/or seek potential clients. We may disclose information to other parties including media organisations on the internet to potential buyers, or to clients of ours, both existing and potential as well as financiers, government and statutory bodies and to other parties as required by law.

In giving us information it is expressly available for the purpose of negotiating a sale as agent and you consent to these terms. We will seek to ensure Confidential Agreements are entered into with purchasers.

We will only disclose information to other parties as required to perform our duties to you and or under any agreement for the purposes specified above or as otherwise allowed under the Privacy Act 1988. If you would like to access this information you can do so by contacting us. You can correct any information if it is inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date. Real estate and tax law requires some of this information to be collected.

We will only release information to Purchasers subject to Confidentiality Agreements.
